File Maktab uses a third-party merchant of record for paid subscriptions. When you subscribe, your purchase is processed by our payment provider, and your subscription is managed through its customer portal.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in USD. Prices shown on the pricing page include any applicable taxes; taxes are calculated by the payment provider based on your billing address at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that period ends.
We offer a full refund for the first charge of a new subscription when requested within 14 calendar days of that charge.
Renewal charges are ordinarily non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect billing, material inability to use paid features caused by File Maktab, or where required by law.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record and remain subject to its own policies.
To request a refund, email support@filemaktab.com with your subscription details and the reason for the request.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support at support@filemaktab.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and resolve valid issues promptly.
No paid plans are active at this time. All core tools are available without payment, and any future paid access will be announced on the pricing page.
This policy may be updated as the product or payment provider terms evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
