It places images as pictures — it does not read or recognize the text inside photos, so the resulting PDF is visual, not searchable. Order matters: choose images in the sequence you want the pages to appear. Because each page keeps the source image's own pixels, use your original photo or scan rather than a low-resolution web download when sharpness matters in the final document.
